We’ve arranged easy transportation for attendees between lodging locations and the event venues. We’re looking to reduce stress and parking challenges ensuring a safe, timely, and comfortable travel experience for all guests.
Detailed Shuttle Schedule
Welcome-Event: 7PM to 10PM La Veranda Restaurant at Hotel Spiaggia d’Oro
Day 1 September 28th: Shuttles will pick up from the following locations at the set times and for the number of passengers. The Shuttles seat 7 passengers, so there are 2nd pickup times at 3 of the Hotels. Guests at the Du Lac will be picked up just next door at the Grand Hotel Gardone.

Wedding Day Shuttles: 12:30PM until 1AM
Wedding day: 1:30PM the boat departs from the Savoy Palace Pier. Anyone that misses the boat will not be able to attend the ceremony and must meet us at the Wedding Reception location at Torre San Marco. The following pickup schedule has been set for shuttle services to the Savoy Palace Pier. Guests at the Gardone Palace, Grand Hotel Gardone and Du Lac Hotel can easily walk a short distance to the Pier location on the Map.

Day 3 Brunch and Boats
We have not arranged shuttle services as not all guests will be able to attend with us. Please Arrive at the Grand Hotel Gardone for 10:30AM Brunch and a boat tour of the lake will depart at 12:30PM.
Shuttle Boarding Instructions and Etiquette
- Arrive at shuttle pick-up points 10 minutes prior to departure.
- Feel free to arrange who will ride in which shuttle if there are more than two pickups at the same hotel location.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Is advance reservation required? No reservations are needed for shuttle service. Simply arrive at designated pick-up points as per schedule.
- Is there a fee for shuttle rides? Shuttle service is complimentary for registered event attendees.
- Can I bring a bag or backpack on the shuttle? Space is limited; small carry-on items are permitted. Please do not bring large items.
